Swellora Surf Camp – Terms & Conditions
1. Legal Information
“Swellora” or “we” refers to Swellora Surf Camp, a registered company in France.

“The client” or “you” refers to the person(s) booking or using the services provided by our local partner camp.
Swellora acts solely as a facilitator and connector. We do not sell stays directly and do not receive any direct payment for bookings. All transactions are direct agreements between the client and the partner surf camp in Imsouane.
2. Travel Insurance & Liability
Insurance
It is a mandatory condition of your booking that you have comprehensive personal travel insurance, which must include civil liability coverage. Swellora Surf Camp disclaims all liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your stay, including during activities organized with local providers.
Your insurance must cover all activities you plan to undertake, including surfing and yoga. It must also cover medical expenses, emergency repatriation, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested upon arrival.
You confirm that you are in good health and physically fit to participate in surfing, yoga, and any other activity offered. Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, allergies, or other factors affecting your ability to participate must be disclosed before or upon arrival.
Surfing and yoga involve inherent risks. You acknowledge that accidents can happen, and Swellora Surf Camp is not responsible for injuries, disabilities, or death that may occur.
Liability
As a facilitator, Swellora is not responsible for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or breaches of contract occurring with third-party service providers (e.g., accommodation, transport, activity providers). Our liability is strictly limited to our role in facilitating and organizing your connection with local partners.
3. Payment for Your Stay
Swellora does not receive any direct payment for stays. Payment for your stay must be made directly to our partner surf camp via Western Union or in cash on-site (Euros or equivalent in Moroccan Dirhams).
All quotes and booking confirmations are issued by our local partner team. ATM services are available locally at the airport, but no currency exchange office is on site in Imsouane village.
Swellora facilitates the connection and supports your stay, but is not involved in handling financial transactions or activity payments.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and modifications are subject solely to the terms and conditions of our local partner surf camp. Swellora is not responsible for refunding or managing cancellation fees.
In case of cancellation, please inform us and the local partner camp as soon as possible. We will do our best to facilitate communication and alternative solutions where possible.
5. Reservation Modifications
Requests to modify booking details (dates, times, activities, packages) are subject to approval by the respective local provider. Any change may be subject to additional fees determined by them.
6. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at the camp and during activities. Swellora and its local providers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
Guests must respect local customs, culture, and the environment. Any inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in trip termination by the local provider without refund.
7. Data Protection
All data collected via our website is strictly used by Swellora to facilitate your inquiry and connection with our partner camp. We will not share your information with unrelated third parties.
8. Photos & Media
Photos and videos taken during your stay by the local team may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not want your media to be used, please notify the on-site team upon arrival.
